Burial at Sea

"Bringing the love of God to a lonely world."

The SonShine Society provides training, lesson helps, large-print tracts, and large-print scripture and songbooks. A local church or group of concerned lay-Christians, that subscribe to the fundamentals of the Christian faith as set forth in the Apostles Creed, provide a “team” to conduct a “SonShine Class” at the facility where folks are confined.

Joy Of His Way

is a ministry for youth, ages 13 to 18 years old. From September to Easter, we meet on Thursday evenings from 7:00 to 8:30pm, to practice and prepare. Locally, we visit retirement homes during Resurrection (Easter) Celebration.

We host fundraiser luncheon after church one Sunday a month to raise money for our spring 'tour'.
We begin 'tour' on the Monday after Easter, driving south to sing and minister in convalescent and retirement homes in Atascadero, Santa Barbara, Thousand Oaks and Orange County (setup by Amazing Grace Ministries.)
Before we head home, we spend our last day together at an amusement park in Southern California.
The Sunday after Easter, the entire church service is devoted to sharing testimonies and memories from our tour and singing. Don't miss it! It is a wonderful time of celebration and giving from one generation to another.
